1-1 Mentorship
30-min conversation. Works best for: career pivots into AI or PM, early-career folks figuring out where analytics or product takes them next, anyone working on AI products and wanting a second opinion. No prep needed — just a real question.

Why I do this

Business Blasters.

How important is it to pay back to society? To me, it's really important.

I'm a mentor for Business Blasters — Delhi government's flagship entrepreneurship programme for class 11 & 12 students in government schools. Two teams. Real seed funding (₹2,000 per student). Real pitches in front of real operators.

Last cohort, my students presented to:

  • Nitin Saluja — Founder, Chaayos
  • Abhiraj Singh Bhal — Co-founder, Urban Company
  • …and other founders & investors from across the ecosystem.

These chaps don't have the privileged backgrounds. They have something better — the energy and vision to change the world around them. Visited them recently. We planned, prototyped, pitched — as a team.

Growing up, I never had a mentor who could point me in the right direction. That's why I try to be one for as many as I can.

About the programme — Launched in 2021 by Delhi Govt's Directorate of Education under the Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum. Class 11–12 students get seed capital (₹2,000/student) + mentorship + a Shark Tank–style pitch event. The aim: shift mindset from job-seekers to job-creators. Past judges include Sonam Wangchuk, Anand Mahindra, and Anil Agarwal. The programme has touched 3 lakh+ students across 1,000+ Delhi government schools.

Guest Session

AI & Agentic AI — HBT.

A guest session on AI, agentic AI, and enterprise AI — where the technology is heading and what it means for teams building on top of it. Covered the shift from rule-based systems to agentic pipelines, and why the hard part is always the last mile: getting reliable output into the hands of people who need to act on it.

Spoke to a room of practitioners — the kind of conversation where the questions matter more than the slides.
